Become a Provider

Bergen's Promise believes the most effective way to engage and serve youth and their families is to offer a wide range of treatment services and support programs that are clinically sound, community based and culturally sensitive. Click here to review Bergen’s Promise Accessibility and Accommodations Plan.  If you have questions about accessibility or requests for accommodations, please contact the Office Manager at 201-712-1170.

Bergen's Promise has strong working relationships with our providers and community resource partners (schools, library, faith-based, hospitals, scouts, etc.). Their skills and expertise are critical to the success of the youth and families we serve. The breadth and depth of our provider network is extensive, covering behavioral, emotional, mental health, substance abuse and development disability needs. It is the policy of Bergen’s Promise to engage only licensed professionals in the provision of Intensive In-Community (IIC) services.  At a minimum, only clinicians with an LAC or LSW – under the supervision of a fully-licensed LCSW, LPC or LMFT – may provide IIC services to our youth.  Please make specific note of the fact that individuals with only an MA, MSW or LCADC without a dual license, may not be utilized for IIC services for Bergen’s Promise youth.
