Bergen's Promise is a rapidly growing non-profit social service agency. We are the designated CMO (Care Management Organization) for Bergen County. The primary goal and mission of Bergen’s Promise is Healthy Families, Safe at Home. We work to maintain children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse issues safely at home, in school and in the community.Our mission is achieved through providing support, education, and advocacy and by connecting children and families to the appropriate services and resources in their communities.
Bergen's Promise was named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in 2012 and was recognized in 2014 with an NJBIA Award for Excellence. We have also been chosen by the State of New Jersey to pilot a new Behavioral Health Home model which will add medical care management and education to our Wraparound philosophy.
